All Terms of sale, use, and conditions will be governed pursuant to the laws of the European Union, Republic Of Ireland & United Kingdom, not with standing any principles of the conflicts of law. The purchaser consents upon purchase that personal jurisdiction will be governed by the State of North Carolina if any dispute between the purchaser and the company should arise. Both parties agree that any disputes arising out of these terms of sale or us or return policy shall be in the state and or federal courts in Europe.
Damage During Shipping: We take customer satisfaction very seriously. We thoroughly inspect all our shipments carefully before leaving our warehouse however we understand that during the transport process packages are subject to damage. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of arrival. Please contact us at directly and provide information of the damage so we can rectify the situation.
Shipping Policy: All United States customers can expect packages to arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
European & UK Customers are normally within 14 business days.
